Strategic Collaboration Ecosystem (RFP's)
The Centers of Excellence Network Foundation is scaling a multi-billion dollar, community-led ecosystem dedicated to Black arts, culture, and economic sovereignty. We are transitioning from reactive grant-seeking to a proactive, relationship-driven funding model. We are currently seeking elite, tech-proficient Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to join our ecosystem on a replenishable, deliverable-based retainer. Since 2019, Black Cultural Zone has been out here making moves: holding space, building power, and keeping our culture front and center in East Oakland.
