Why Join the Conversation?
Your voice will directly shape the Extreme Heat Community Needs Assessment and the LPRH Action Plan, backed by California’s Extreme Heat & Community Resilience Program. We are making sure that:
Frontline residents are the ones leading the plan.
Real solutions—like cooling rooms, emergency supplies, and local alerts—reflect what you actually need.
The Cool Buddy program grows with your input on how we check in on one another.
